So anyways, i just got home from a 14 hour day of work, practice and bus rides about 2 hours ago and i am so tired i seriously donno why i'm sitting here blogging right now. Seriously! haha.. ok lah. Actually i do. Recently, i have started noticing that every time i go blog surfing, one particular person's blog always seems to have a whole pile of new posts to read. Eventually, i realized, she's been blogging practically every single day. Sometimes twice! And THUS... a kiasu flame was ignited within me. Jan Faye cannot be out-blogged by Cheryl Poo! Why? I donno X) simply wan. So, as of today, i have resolved to start blogging twice a day. EVERYDAY. Mwuahahaha!!! ok... i lie. random ramblings #2 - mayaaaaa...
it's like studying rocket science i tell you. Yesterday, me and my classmate Megan got lost when our lecturer started explaining animating with IKs and FKs joints and the pros and cons and stuffs. So, we ended up being very fascinated with how insane the process of animation looks and spent quite some time gawking at the demo the the lecturer was doing. Come, i show...
first, the script editor. *sigh. i thought i'd never have to read anymore scripts for the rest of my life after completing that web design class in TOA. Evidently i was wrong. soooo wrong -.=
and then, the graph editor. WoOHOoo!! HAH! to all you who deem us artists not very bright people and think ya'll people of science have the higher brain, i rub this on your face rite now! Happy trying to wrap your brain around this.

On a separate note, Megan an i were talking about random cartoons and characters recently, and we came to Wall-E. i mentioned how i wasn't crazy over the story over all, but o my gosh! how can anyone not love Wall-E!!! He is so sayang, can die i tell you. really wan! We both totally agreed in the end that, man, that dirty, disgusting, ET looking garbage processing tractor robot is the sweetest boyfriend in the world. Or well... the sweetest boyfriend of the year. hehe! *sigh. so sayang i tell you. cannot tahan!

random ramblings #3 - seriously random.
i have been working out! yaaa... i know. it's funny. i can't believe that i could keep to the commitment of going to the gym at least twice a week myself. It's a miracle! and the result is, i lost *drumroll* 7 Kgs. woohoo!!! No kidding man. now i can check myself out in the mirror in peace without having the song "xiao zhu, xiao zhu, fei toot toot" playing in my head. haha!!! i am so nonsense!
so anyways, i was going through the photos in my camera recently, and, not surprisingly, there were a bunch of pictures i forgot to load into my computer. Here's what i found...
woooo... i am HAWT! ahahahahahahahahaaaaaa.....
Ok enough with the perasanness and on to a totally different topic. I practiced the drums for THREE hours today. So FUN. Yay! X) i so wanted to go on, but unfortunally, i had to go home. See, i'm now interning for church. And, a few weeks ago, i was asked if i wanted to play for the worship team. MAN! Remember i said recently that i was reflecting on some of the things i wrote in my journal? Well i was able to trace back how long i've been dreaming of play the drums, but somehow for some reason or other, it just never happened. Well, i'm starting to believe that my season for harvest is beginning... or maybe, has begun. So many things that i've been hoping and praying for are starting to come true, it's really kinda cool, but kinda scary and incredibly overwhelming. hmmm.... anyhow, it's kinda exciting now that i have a drumset to practice on. Although, the bass drum can be really kinda annoying coz it moves around so much, the bass paddle keeps kicking back and smacking my shin, and i have to travel like for 1.5 hours on the bus to get to it. Is all cool :) Someday i will be rich and own my own set XD
By the way, all the way home on the bus tonight, i had the this song 'Greatest Love' stuck in my head. Obviously, it was because i had it blasting in my ears for the past 3 hours. But get this... about 1/2 way home, the lyrics started to morph. haha! so funny i tell you. Here's what i caught myself singing in the end... " coz your love is greeaater that i know... because of the croooss Salvation flows... into your aaarrms i run agaaaiin... glory to you... glory to yooouuu.... it was just a slight flirtatiooon... that was all it was to beeee.... glory... glory to you... glory... glory to you... aaamooore scuuusami....." ahahha!!! ya... Apparently my mabuk brain cleverly made the connection that the tunes for 'Greatest Love' and 'Amore Scusami' actually match quite well. So nonsense i tell u. Can vomit blood.
The Gray Matter...
So, you've probably already noticed that i've grayed out some words in this post. Well, i have figured... it's so not cool to try to explain in brackets the meaning of ever odd word i've been using which i've been doing recently. I use too many odd words and phrases :D And thus, an idea came upon me. From now on, and until i find the motivation, inspiration and time to start up my very own Manglish/Janglish dictionary, i have decided to gray the words that i know my dear, un-malaysian (Joanne Chin is included in this category. mwuahaha!), un-ycian, un-bad-english-ian will not understand. I will end my posts with as best an explanation as i can give you :D So, here goes...
mabuk (Malay): drunk, intoxicated
kiasu (Hokkien): fear of loosing/failing. sometimes you'll catch me saying that i'm "kiasu beh kiasi" meaning... i rather die than loose in anything X)
sekolah rendah (Malay): primary school
belacan (Malay): anchovies paste
keris (Malay): a traditional malay dagger.
ter (Malay): if i ter-eat means i accidentally ate, ter-sleep means accidentally sleep. get the picture? yaaaaa XD
bisik-bisik dalam angin (Malay): that was the direct translation for whispers in the wind.
ferh (Hockglish): hahaha! Hock Seng's version of 'fuh' which is the i-donno-which-malaysian-language's version of 'wow'. Ferh... so complicating XD
rojak (Malay): a dish that has everything (usually fruit and vegetable) chopped and mixed up in rojak sauce. mmmm... i want some rite now!!! oh ya... it's also used to refer to something that's so mixed up you can't really tell what it's made out of :D
TOA: short for The One Academy.
sayang (Malay): affection, love... in a non-romantic sense.
tahan (Malay): hmmm... if i say "i cannot tahan you" means i cannot stand you.
xiao zhu, xiao zhu, fei toot toot (Mandarine): hahaha!!! something we sang in kindergarten coz we were so mean :P it means fatty little piggy.
perasan (Malay): self absorbed.
